Positive: It's a beautiful hotel. Fantastic room and brilliant facilities. I really enjoyed the pool and sauna.
Negative: This is a great hotel but there were a couple of issues. We booked an executive suite with breakfast included and at check in we were told that we were welcome to take breakfast in either the downstairs restaurant or up in the executive lounge. However on the last morning of my stay I was turned away from the downstairs restaurant by the maitre d' in a curt manner and told that I could only dine in the executive lounge or pay an additional 40 euros to eat with the rest of my party who were waiting for me. It was a really uncomfortable and awkward experience. On checking out we discovered that breakfast from the downstairs restaurant from another day had been added onto our bill and, rather than apologise for the mix up, they treated it like they were doing us a favour when they finally removed the charge. I totally appreciate hotels have to implement rules and policies but please make them clear on the on the booking confirmation and on check in. Also ensure your staff are all aligned on policy and are all informing guests the correct information so there's no confusion. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and the overall service. It's a shame this incident let down the whole experience.

Negative: I found the air con a bit tricky and although it had a spa area, I missed a steam room and jacuzzi but these are minor complaints as I generally loved the hotel and would happily stay again
